The WSO has recently adopted a digital-based approach to all forms and delivery of Service Literature (except for the printed Service Literature booklet S-Anon: A Guide to Public Information & Outreach), leading to enhanced efficiency in member interactions while also reducing paper usage. Moving forward, the WSO will be using the following online forms which are accessible through the Member Site:
- Group Registration Form
- S-Anon Intergroup Form
- Special Meeting Form
- Open Meeting Form
- Long Distance Sponsor/Phone Support Form
- Area Delegate Form
- Website Linking Request
- Media and Written Release Form
The WSO has also ceased using the print and mail Literature Order Form because the online store is now the preferred source for all literature orders. Service Literature products will still be accessible through the Member Site and online store, but for most Service Literature items, purchasers will be directed to a link to download the free PDF file rather than given the option to purchase the item.
